CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

Implementing what is set forth in Royal Decree 994/1999, which approves the Regulation of Security Measures for Automated Files containing personal data, Obrerol S.A hereby undertakes to fulfil the obligations of data security provided by customers, using all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access to and theft of data that users provide through the web site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users must be aware that Internet security measures are not unassailable.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE WEB SITE AND ITS SERVICES

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms of Use shall be governed by Spanish law. Regarding any questions or doubts that may arise regarding the contents of the web site and the implementation and enforcement thereof, Obrerol S.A and the user shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the user’s registered address. If the User’s domicile is outside Spain, Obrerol S.A and the User expressly waive any jurisdiction that may correspond in favour of the courts of Asturias.
